Brad is a licensed Realtor®, real estate investor, landlord, sports fanatic, and a long time member of the community. Brad has lived in Sherwood Park for 40 years and has owned and operated many successful companies in the community. His passion in Real Estate, and his experience and knowledge in the industry are his strengths as he knows what it’s like to be on both sides of the transaction. In 2019 Brad joined RE/MAX Elite, and was awarded Top New Agent for 2020. He was was awarded to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2022. In 2023 Brad Smith has joined forces with Marissa MacIntyre and has created The Smitty & Mac Real Estate Team. In June of 2023 The Smitty & Mac Team joined Prestige Realty Royal Lepage. Brad has raised his family in the area, and he has been involved in many different activities with his daughters over the years. He is a huge sports fan, and loves enjoying the the outdoors.
